Beacon Evangelical Church

47 Sandwell Rd, Birmingham B21 8NH, UK – 0121 551 5232

This is a family centred Church where you quickly get a sense of belonging. I have been a member for over 20 years and have been built up, challenged and encouraged to put my skills and gifts to good use.

Awesome people worshiping God and serving the community together.

Aston Parish Church

Witton Ln, Birmingham B6 6QA, UK – 0121 327 3880

Beautiful Church of England church with friendly people! Sound teaching based on the bible. All are welcome! Stay for tea and coffee after the service to get to know these lovely people!

Welcome to Aston Parish Church Birmingham. The church’ name has its origins in 100 years of dispute as Aston fought against being taken over by Birmingham. In 1911 Aston was absorbed by Birmingham, but there are still reminders of the 19th century municipal strife. There has been a church on the site in all three millennia. The tower, built in 1480 and the huge Victorian church structure make a clear statement about the wealth of the area until the Holte estate was divided up and sold off in 1817. Until 200 years ago, Aston was a more important place than Birmingham. The history of the church cannot be separated from the history of Aston and local people

One of the first and one of the best of the church finding websites.

Most churches are listed although some have not entered a great deal of detail about themselves. The churches at the top of the list have the fullest entries. You will need to click FOR MORE for the rest.

You should have no trouble finding churches within the Birmingham area.
'Church Near You' is a Church of England directory but other denominations can also register free. Entries go from a basic name and address to comprehensive details about the churches listed. However very many churches are not listed at all so you may need to go to Find A Church to see more churches around the Birmingham area.
The Thompson guide lists places of worship for every denomination, creed and faith. You just see the name and address plus an email button in some cases. The Thompson guide has truely excellent maps!
